Certificate
of Liability must be provided. This certificate must be a minimum of 1
Million dollars and must name both the Host (person booking the event)
as the main insurance holder and Stafford FEC Partners, DBA The Funplex
as the additionally insured for the one-day event. This may be obtained
through your homeowner's insurance policy; however, some insurance
companies do not allow this amendment to the policy for a 1-day event.
You would need to contact your agent for further information.
*The Funplex still reserves the right to refuse any guest use of any
attraction if we see evidence of unsafe behavior.
