There is no admission fee. Guests may purchase tickets for the attractions they wish to participate in. |

We have four token machines placed throughout the game floor. |
| Can I drop off my children and leave?

We prefer all minors be accompanied by adults, but if a special situation occurs, please bring it to a manager's attention. |

You can get change at the Front Desk from any of our cashiers. |
| Do you have an all day passes?
|
Yes, the Fun, Super and Extreme wristband include unlimited attractions for the whole day. The Foam Frenzy child and adult wristband are for the whole day as well. |
| Do you charge for parking? |
Parking is free at The Funplex. |
| How much is it to check your coat? |
Our coat check is free of charge. |
| When do you start the rides?

We will have an attendant help you whenever you purchase a ticket. |
| Is outside food permitted?

No, however, a special cake is allowed for walk in birthday parties. |
| Can I use tokens for the attractions?

No, tokens are only used for the video and redemption games. |
| Can I purchase tickets in advance?

No, tickets must be purchased, and are valid only on day of purchase. |
