Certificate
of Liability must be provided. This certificate must be a minimum of 1
Million dollars and must name both the company that is hosting the
event as the main insurance holder and The Falls Group, LLC,
DBA The Funplex as the additionally insured for the one-day event. This certificate must be supplied to
The Funplex no later than 3 days prior to the event date.
*The Funplex still reserves the right to refuse any guest use of any
attraction if we see evidence of unsafe behavior. |
Certificate

as the main insurance holder and The Falls Group, LLC, DBA The Funplex
as the additionally insured for the one-day event. This may be obtained
through your homeowner's insurance policy; however, some insurance
companies do not allow this amendment to the policy for a 1-day event.
